IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that the complainant shall have sixty days addition within which to take testimony and that the time of the defendant shall be correspondingly extended to and including sixty days after the expiration of the time to which complainant's time for taking testimony has now been extended and that the complainant have reasonable time within which to take rebuttal testimony.
